SECOND SEASON PREMIERE OF CSE MEDIA’S FIT TO SPEAK: FROM THE ARCHIVES SET FOR FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 23
Back-to-back editions to focus on missing broadcast industry professional and University of Maryland alum Terrence Woods; Inaugural Exclusive Common Sense Newsletter launches January 31
On the heels of the highest overall viewership to date for CSE Media’s Fit To Speak, produced by the news division of the award-winning Common Sense Entertainment Inc., Fit To Speak: From The Archives, which revisits and brings further context to topical discussions that were done on the regular edition of the program, will return for its second season with back-to-back editions on Friday, February 23 and Friday, March 1 on the Common Sense Entertainment YouTube channel (YouTube.com/TheCSEChannel). Viewers can watch the latest promo on the channel here (or at the page break below).
Subsequent editions of the series, which, like the regular Fit To Speak, will include commentary, will air on a monthly basis through the end of this spring.
“Last year, more of the public discovered the quality journalism and meaningful conversations that we are bringing back to the forefront of American culture,” said Eugene Obah, who hosts the series and serves as Vice President, Common Sense Entertainment. “It has been thrilling for our team to see, and we are looking forward, especially in what will be a very busy news year, to continuing to be the antidote to the propagandists, stenographers, and wolves in sheep’s clothing that are poisoning—or are aiming to poison—the journalism industry with their nonsense.”
The premiere will update viewers on the efforts to find University of Maryland alum and broadcast industry professional Terrence Woods, who has been missing for over five years following a shoot in Idaho for Discovery Channel’s Gold Rush: Dave Turin’s Lost Mine. Mehul Anjaria and Dion Mitchell, the hosts of Crime Redefined—and who were featured as guests last year on the most-watched edition of Fit To Speak since the show’s July 2020 launch—have created a GoFundMe page that will fund an independent investigation into Woods’s disappearance, details of which can be found here.
Additionally, as previously announced, CSE Media will, on January 31, launch the monthly Common Sense newsletter, the entirety of which will be exclusive for paid subscribers of this Substack page. For $5/month (or $40/year), readers will access exclusive commentary, curated news items of interest, and insider behind-the-scenes updates on CSE programming. Subscribers also have the added benefit of directly supporting the production of CSE programing and its team of independent content creators.
