PART ONE OF CSE MEDIA’S EXCLUSIVE SIT-DOWN INTERVIEW WITH TERRENCE WOODS SR. SET FOR THE MARCH 1 EDITION OF FIT TO SPEAK: FROM THE ARCHIVES
Part 2 to air Thursday March 7; both parts to be available on the Common Sense Entertainment YouTube Channel
Fit To Speak: From The Archives, which returned for its second season on Friday February 23 with the most-watched edition in the show’s history, kicks off March with the first of a two-part interview with the father of missing broadcast industry professional Terrence Woods Jr., Terrence Woods Sr. in the first major public interview since the special edition marking five years that Woods Jr. disappeared of the original Fit To Speak aired.
Woods Sr., who in the interview with host Eugene Obah, provides his thoughts and developments across the over five years that his son has been missing—including those that, per his account, have transpired in the efforts to solve the case—will also provide viewers a greater window into his son as a person on the aforementioned Friday edition on March 1 and a special Thursday edition the following week (March 7), all of which will air on the Common Sense Entertainment YouTube channel (YouTube.com/TheCSEChannel). Viewers are encouraged to subscribe to the channel so that they are notified when the episodes drop.
As previously announced, subsequent editions of Archives, which will continue to revisit topical issues in news, media and culture covered on the regular editions of Fit To Speak, will resume Friday April 26.
“Being at the Woods residence and getting the sense of how Terrence lived on a day-to-day basis—and, we hope, is continuing to live—was an honor and, as our audience will see, impactful,” said Obah, who also serves as Vice President, Common Sense Entertainment. “The public will want to hear directly from the father of a missing son across the next two shows—you do not have to be a parent to feel the exasperation that Mr. Woods has after all this time. The accounts he has provided will undoubtedly galvanize the public even further to pursue the truth about what happened to Terrence and bring closure to his family.”
Last week, Crime Redefined hosts Mehul Anjaria and Dion Mitchell detailed their plans to lead an independent investigation into Terrence’s disappearance, which will be crowdfunded. The public are encouraged to donate and/or share the GoFundMe account, listed here, of which some investigatory work can commence even prior to the $40,000 goal.
As Obah explains:
“We cannot afford to delay a resolution to this case any longer—the time has come for the public and our local, national and global media outlets to saddle up with us and provide the Woods family with the greatest opportunity to bring him home. We can and will do so, but only with collective support. The public can and WILL make a difference. Let’s get to work.”
